Technical support consists mainly of the following parts:

Support- en Service agreement

Standard we offer a support and service agreement at the delivery of our systems. We are ready to assist with technical , but also substantive questions. In addition, we provide each year one or more updates / upgrades to the system.

Hosting of the system

We can also provide hosting for you . The systems are ( temporarily or not ) installed on our secure servers. With an internet connection you can access the systems from any workstation . The care of the maintenance is in our hands.

Configure the system

Because every customer likes to see its own identity and wishes in the software ( structure, design , terminology, screen layout , etc.) , we configure the system with you by using existing “building blocks” . We have many examples for inspiration and we have extensive experience with the pros and cons of possible systems configurations.

Installing the system

We will visit you to take care of the installation so we know for sure that the software works fine as soon as we leave the building. The systems are database ( acccess , oracle , mysql , etc.) and platform independent ( Windows , Apple , etc.) .

Links/ Interfaces with other systems

If possible we can achieve links and interfaces with other systems  to prevent duplicate records of data . For example employee data , customer and supplier data , active directory etc ..


Where the standard solutions does not quite give a satisfactory answer to your questions we’ll consult you to see where and how we can develop a customized solution. Our principle is that we only deliver customized software if a solution in our standard software is not possible.
